Progress for me has never been a dream. It has always been a distant reality and once my milestone is achieved; there is always another one waiting to be crossed.
It is with this belief that we started Maisha Trading in 2001 and worked a lot of construction work on roads, Culvert, Bridge, and Building. In 2018, it was converted from Maisha Trading to Maisha Construction (Pvt.) Ltd. and incorporated as a Private Ltd. Company limited by Share under the Registrar of Joint Stock of Companies Ltd. (RJSCL).
During my long experiences in Construction, I felt quality materials, diversification of the products, and strengthening of the structures is essential for the longevity and prolonged existence of the structure. Accordingly, we have established Machinery, Plant, and Equipment for Asphalt plant for Bituminous Asphalt mixing and Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) used at Road, Culvert, Bridge, Runway, parks, and other places.
In addition, we have launched Machinery, Plants, and Equipment to make different types of Blocks an environmental alteration of Bricks and also median and uni papers use at Building Garage, Parking, Road and Footpath. Currently, to get quality ensuring raw materials we import Stone chips of 10 mm to 20 mm and 5mm to 20 mm from Dubai and other countries and also import 60-70 Graded Bitumen which is tested from Eastern Refinery Ltd. Chattagram, Bangladesh, and Bangladesh University of Engineering Technology (BUET).
We have launched 4 nos vessels to carry the materials from mother vessels staying at Chattagram port to Rupgonj Riverport for unloading the easiest and cheapest way.
I always want to push my company to a more prosperous milestone. More than being a businessman I always perceived my company as a unit that could make different and unique with its quality and competitively period products.
